Tribal Queen

What I Wear:
bikini (corset type): thrifted
black maxi: thrifted
sunnies: SM Accessories

It's so nice to take a break and relax for a day from from the city. By just breathing a nice air from the depths of the forest and seek a fun activity. As you see my previous post, we are back again here in El Kabayo falls. The weather is fiery, but the forest area is chilly with fresh air. I miss my hair color and length during that time since I already cut it short now. I feel like a fairy or mystical creature of the forest that time. I do enjoy posing on that rock and love the lighting of the surrounding. (It makes me look more pale. Lol)

I decided to wear light clothes so I can easily change it. When going to the beach or falls, I prefer and love to wear maxi skirts. It feels cool and perfect for warm seasons. I also got lucky and grab this two items from thrift stores. I always score some items which is unique and real finds. I'm always into tribal prints. I love the top. It's actually a bikini-like-corset plus the sheer type maxi skirt which enables me to move comfortably around. Added my overused personalize necklace from Mia Casa to create some drama.

Oh how I miss adventures!

Disconnect to Reconnect

WHAT I WEAR:
Fedora: SM Accessories
Round Sunnies: Online Shop
Customized Necklace: Casa Mia
Top and Green Shorts: trifted online

It's another day to reconnect with nature and disconnect with technology. One way to spend a quality time is through an adventure.  So for today's adventure I'm back to El Kabayo Falls. Yep I'm going to swim again and try jumping off the falls. Last time I wore denims and it wasn't comfy enough to move around. Since going out in nature means a lot of activities like walking, running and climbing. So I decided to put light clothes.

Green is nature's tone and it matches my clothes. From shorts-top-vest, it's all thrifted.
*Lucky those who have patience to search, they are blessed*
The green highwaisted shorts is very soft and light. I like its weird yet unique zigzag design. Pair it with a loose crop top with tribal-like prints. Add a light green denim-like vest to cover up my top. Since we'll be under the sun, I put a hat and a sunnies to prevent my skin from sun damage.

Let's start swimming!

TRAVELOGUE: Once again with El Kabayo Falls

(Oh-la-la! Ola my sexy sister!)

I admit that I got tons of draft post and forgot to publish it last year. I've been in an awesome adventure last 2014 with family and friends. And this post was the continuation or part 2 of my El Kabayo Falls.

ONCE AGAIN, I'm back in this hidden falls of El Kabayo. I've already posted about this falls and since my cousins visited us, we were triggered to take a dip in this place again.

On this adventure, I succeeded on jumping on that high cliff as you can see on the photo. YES! I jump that cliff. It takes 15-30 minutes for me to pray, doubting if I will really going to jump. And ended up jumping once and never tried again. The reason why I'm scared on jumping that cliff is that there's a boulder at the side of the falls. We need to jump far so we won't hit and kill ourselves.

Sitting on that edge of the water is fantastic. A little bit slippery, but refreshing since the water is cool. Thanks to my ADIDAS dryfit I can swim comfortably. Last time, I only wear shorts and corset type but this time I decided to wear something to cover me up.

I do enjoy nature and adventures. Hope on my next adventure I'll try surfing! I really want to surf and do some water sports. See you again !

"Most people are paralyzed by fear. Overcome it and you take charge of your life and your world."- Mark Victor Hansen

My fear pulls me down. It hinders me to do what I want and what I need to. My fear always block my path. My fear paralyzed me. I'm still coping my fears on my past experience. Little by little, I overcome this hindrance and made something better from me. Me, overcoming this fear made me stronger. I found freedom and courage to control my own world.

This year I'm turning 21 years of age. Those 2 decades were a crazy ride for me. Too many turns and stops but I realized I still remain the same old me.
Why don't I step out on another part of my box? It's time to be more powerful, more creative, and wise to everything I'm going to do.
This isn't teenage life anymore. This is the start of the real world.

This is a Bonus shots from the photographer. He enjoy the shoot and ask me if I can still pose in my basic outfit. Well, I don't want to people see that I'm portraying luscious image on this post, but I want them to see an independent, strong, happy woman I am now.

WHAT I WEAR:

Distress Denim Pants
White Tank Top
Black Boots: Call It Spring

Nothing beats an good old denim and a plain top. An old high-waist jeans (mom's jeans actually) turned into distressed pants. Yes, I do the distress part and I enjoyed redesigning some old clothes.
Basic clothes are always the best choice for comfortableness. Are you inlove with basics too?
