Casual Florals

The weather is getting cold and we are now experiencing storms.
But before the sun sleeps, I need to wear this shorts I bought from an online shop.
I really love the details and print of this short. Perfect for sunny day.

Gone shopping with family today. Since I don't want to be hassle and being uncomfortable with my clothes, I prefer wearing something basic casual. White plain tee is very versatile. It speaks simplicity and can change any aura you want. I don't want to look crowded with prints this plain top fits right for my floral print shorts. I don't want to roam around the mall with inappropriate clothes. Then adding up a little spice of accessories, favorite necklace, and my kitty cat eyes sunnies, everything is on the go! My favorite personalized necklace pair with bracelet named after my blog.

What Ashley Wears:

White v-neck Tee
Floral Shorts
Bag: Tomato
Customized Necklace and Bracelets: Mia Casa
Gold set Bracelets: Thrifted Treasure
Sunnies: SM Accessories

Morning Rose

Oh, Morning rose
How I waited for you
Oh, Morning rose
How careful was I to give you some space
And time is something we don't have
Sent my proposal, I'll wait your approval
Hopefully soon you'll be up,
soon you'll be gone, soon you'll be gone

"Morning Rose"
Song by: Bamboo Mañalac

In this place, I have the courage to wear anything I want not minding the people's comments or stares.

Skater Chic

I scanned my other laptop yesterday and found out that I got lots of post I missed in 2013.
So it's not too late and even though we're in 2014, I'm still going to miss my awesome adventure.

As an annual event held in our department: Engineering department, we do our ENGINEERING DAYS.
A 3 day event for fun, challenges, quizzes, and excitement.
We do lots of games and different ideas to play with.
On the last day we have our ACQUAINTANCE party for students and to all Engineering family.
This is the time where we students can relax, have some fun, know each other, and give break from tons of school stress.
Since it''s my 2nd year in being a departmental officer, it is my job to continue the annual event.
Last year I'm the departmental secretary, but this school year I got one rank higher and become the vice president in our department.

Seriously, being an officer is really hard.
You got all the responsibilities and also you need to be a good model to your fellow students.
Planning and organizing a party is really hard.
You need to check every single detail about the party.
You need to be on hand about everything from small to huge details.
But you got your other co-officers that can give you help.
Cooperation and team work will do it all.
And I can say that our party is a blast.

Me and my girlfriends getting ready for the party.

Taking a shot before going to the event.
And as you can see, we really decided to wear skater skirts.
We are like the Powerpuff Girls!
(Do you know that guys? Well, it is my favorite Cartoon when I was a kid.)

Let us talk about my outfit:

I'm so inlove with this zigzag corset.
It is so comfy and fits me well.
And the silver choker gives fab to the whole outfit.

I'm the person who don't shop in malls or branded shops.
I usually do shopping through online shops.
Well, in this outfit all of it are thrifted.
The items are preloved but still it's in good condition.

Siver Choker
Black Oxford Shoes
Zigzag Corset
Maroon skirt
DIY belt :)

Being in a party surrounded by friends and love ones is much better than partying in a place where you don't know someone, right?

Taking a picture with one of the student band :)

And of course! This is memorable, a picture with our college dean.
He's the one wearing stripes of white and different shades of blue, and with the eyeglasses.
We can't do this without him also.

Meet The team behind the party!
We are the Engineering departmental officers of school year 2013-2014.

(From Left to Right)
Dept. treasurer: Vonn Edward Vicente
Dept. President: Gian Paolo Ligad
Dept. Secretary: Daniel Collin Jornales
Dept. Vice President: Lauren Ashley Parohinog (that's me :D )

Great way to spend happiness is to be with your friends who can make you smile and just be yourself.

Until next time,
