TRAVELOGUE: BAGUIO CITY Day 2 (part 1)

Hello beautiful people!

I'm back again for a blog update.

As a continuation of my Baguio Travelogue, here's the 2nd day of my wonderful adventures!

Departure Time from hotel: 7 am

Do you know how hard it is to wake up early in the morning especially when the weather is cold?

I just want to lie in our bed the whole day and too lazy to get up. 

And one thing I hate about it is that the water is too cold!

But we need to push our lazy butts before the bus leaves us.

Today’s Itinerary:

La Trinidad Substation

La Trinidad Strawberry Farm

Mine View Park

First Stop: LA TRINIDAD SUBSTATION

This is just a small substation that supplies energy to the city of Baguio.
Even though it is small in land area, it has a huge amount of energy that supplies electricity to almost Baguio's area.

It is more about powers and stuff since I'm not an Electrical Engineer or Electronics and Communication Engineer, I'm not that aware of the parts and stuffs about electrics.

The engineer told us not to be close to the fence because of high-voltage of the machines.

Second Stop: CHINESE TEMPLE

Next to the substation is the Chinese Temple here in La Trinidad, Benguet.

It is open for people to visit the temple.

I've already been here since I was a kid. I also have relatives here in Baguio so this place is so common to me.

I also experienced praying and doing some stuff that Chinese do when praying.

(You know the stick you'll light or something? I don't know what it's called. Sorry guys.)

Yeah. It is now renovated and a lot more beautiful than the first time I came here.

I really wanted to go up in some temples but the gate is close.

What do you think is up there?

TRAVELOGUE: CORA'S RESTAURANT

FOODTRIP 101: CORA’S RESTAURANT

When I have a school trip last year, we tried eating here due to extreme hunger. 

Nah, it’s just a joke. Me and my friends just love eating.
After the tiring trip we have, we stopped at Mines View for our final itinerary.

It’s also the time where we can go out or chill or go to places we want to visit within the city of Baguio.

So we ended up trying this restaurant.

It’s not a fancy restaurant at all but it’s really comfy. You’re just like in your own dining area.

The ambiance is cool and the view is very fascinating.

You can see the beauty of nature of Baguio City.

One of my interest is about Arts. All things that falls under Arts.
I have a passion for art especially on drawings and paintings.
I really want to take this home seriously! Lol.

Their price is really affordable especially the food there is really yummy!

And you must try there shakes especially this Mango-Strawberry shake for only 75 php only I think.
I totally forgot about the prices though.

After being full, you can relax for a bit and explore the Mines View Park.
They have lots of things to sell there.
